原文报道:WASHINGTON, March 13, 2010 - CaiE Foods Limited, a Sparks, Nev., establishment, is recalling approximately 12,382 pounds of assorted Asian-style meat and poultry products, including steamed buns and oriental-style dumplings, because they were produced without the benefit of federal inspection, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today.

- Various size boxes of "CaiE Foods, ORIENTAL STYLE DUMPLING, Chicken with Vegetable, KEEP FROZEN." Boxes may bear the establishment number "P-40079" inside the USDA mark of inspection.
- Various size boxes of "CaiE Foods, ORIENTAL STYLE DUMPLING, Pork with Vegetable, KEEP FROZEN," which may also be labeled "POTSTICKER, Pork with Vegetable Dumpling, Pre-Steamed, KEEP FROZEN." Boxes may bear the establishment number "EST. 40079" inside the USDA mark of inspection.
- 8.8-pound boxes of "CaiE Foods, ORIENTAL STYLE STEAMED BUN, Filled with Pork and BBQ Sauce, KEEP FROZEN." Boxes may bear the establishment number "EST. 40079" inside the USDA mark of inspection.
- 15-pound boxes of "CaiE Foods, Siu Mai Dumpling, Chicken, Pre-Steamed, KEEP FROZEN." Boxes may bear the establishment number "P-40079" inside the USDA mark of inspection.
- 15-pound boxes of "CaiE Foods, Siu Mai Dumpling, Pork with Shrimp, Pre-Steamed, KEEP FROZEN." Boxes may bear the establishment number "EST. 40079" inside the USDA mark of inspection.
The assorted Asian-style products were produced from November 2009 through Feb. 26, 2010, and were distributed to casino restaurants and distribution centers in the State of Nevada.
The problem was discovered by FSIS and is part of an ongoing investigation. FSIS has received no reports of illness due to consumption of these products. Anyone concerned about an illness should contact a physician.
FSIS routinely conducts recall effectiveness checks to verify recalling firms notify their customers of the recall and that steps are taken to make certain that the product is no longer available to consumers.
