欧盟拟修改叶用油菜中肟菌酯的残留限量

     我们导读:近日,德国收到一份申请,要求欧盟将叶用油菜种肟菌酯的残留限量由0.02mg/kg改为3mg/kg。

     原文报道:According to Article 6 of the Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, Germany compiled an application to modify the existing MRLs for trifloxystrobin in leafy brassica. In order to accommodate for new usesof trifloxystrobin in Germany, it is proposed to raise the existing MRLs in leafy brassica from 0.02 mg/kg (set at the LOQ) to 3 mg/kg. Germany drafted an evaluation report according to Article 8 ofRegulation (EC) No 396/2005 which was submitted to the European Commission and forwarded to EFSA on 19 February 2010.
