欧盟调查自愿性红绿灯营养标签系统破坏内部市场问题

       据英国食品标准局（FSA）消息，由于意大利、西班牙等多个成员国对英国的自愿性红绿灯营养标签系统提出指控，认为该系统对火腿或奶酪等传统性、地区性食品的销售存在负面影响，会影响消费者的选择，破坏内部市场。欧盟委员会（EC）指出，在今后几个星期内将会宣布是否对英国提起侵权诉讼。

    然而英国方面发言人Glenis Willmott称，严厉谴责这种伪造诉讼案件阻止交通信号灯标识的行为，欧盟机关应该清楚，成员国有权实施自愿标识计划。
