据欧盟食品安全局消息,应欧委会的要求,7月 11 日欧盟食品安全局就转基因米曲霉 NZYM-LH 和 NZYM-FL 生产的脂肪酶的安全性发布意见。
通过对转基因操作、生产工艺、组成与分子化学数据以及毒理学的评估,欧盟专家组得出结论认为,转基因脂肪酶构成的过敏风险极低,无安全隐患。

Following a request from the European Commission, the EFSA Panel on Food Contact Material, Enzymes, Flavourings and Processing Aids (CEF Panel) was asked to deliver a scientific opinion on the food enzyme lipase (triacylglycerol lipase; EC 3.1.1.3) produced with the genetically modified Aspergillus oryzae (A. oryzae) strain NZYM-LH.
based on the genetic modifications performed, the manufacturing process, the compositional and biochemical data provided and the toxicological studies, the Panel concluded that this food enzyme does not raise safety concern under the intended conditions of use.
