欧盟修订有机产品法规（2014年8月8日）

      据欧盟网站消息，8月1日欧盟公报发布（EU） No 836/2014号委员会实施条例，修订有机产品法规。

    新法规对（EC）No889/2008号法规进行了修订，制定（EC）834/2007号理事会条例就有机生产、标签和控制的实施细则。    

    本法规将使用非有机鸡的特殊条款延长至2017年12月31日，将批准猪和家禽使用非有机蛋白饲料5%最大百分比的年限更改为2015、2016、2017年。

    本法规自发布后第20天起生效，并于 2015年1月1日实施。

    Article 1

    Amendment of Regulation （EC） No 889/2008

    Regulation （EC） No 889/2008 is amended as follows:

    （1）  In Article 42（b）， the date '31 December 2014' is replaced by the date '31 December 2017‘。

    （2） In Article 43, the second subparagraph is replaced by the follow ing:

    'The maximum percentage of non-organic protein feed authorised per period of 12 months for

    those species shall be 5 % for calendar years 2015, 2016 and 2017.'

    Article 2

    Entry into force and application

    This Regulation shall enter into force on the tw entieth day follow ing that of its publication in the Of f icial Journal of the European Union.
