美国FDA就兽残问题警告一家牛肉企业

        据美国食品安全新闻网消息，近日美国食品和药品管理局（FDA）就兽药替米考星（Tilmicosin）残留问题对弗吉尼亚州一家牛肉企业发布警告信。

    美国FDA称，该企业屠宰用肉牛体内兽药替米考星残留超标，其中肝脏组织19.994ppm，肌肉组织2.914ppm，为FDA规定的肝脏组织1.2ppm，肌肉组织0.1ppm的标准16-30倍。

    美FDA检查发现，该企业还存在在购买兽药时未确认、使用处方药物的时候未经资质兽医同意等问题。

    Tilmicosin is a veterinary antibiotic sold around the world under numerous brand names. It's used to treat cattle and sheep, respectively, for bovine and ovine respiratory diseases.

    The U.S. Food and Drug Administration （FDA） has established a safe （or tolerance） level of 0.1 parts per million （ppm） for residues of the drug in muscle tissue and 1.2 ppm in liver tissues.
