欧盟更新农药活性物质环酰菌胺的批准条件

       据欧盟网站消息，7月23日欧盟委员会发布法规（EU）2015/1201，更新农药活性物质环酰菌胺（Fenhexamid）的批准条件。本法规自公布二十日起生效，从2016年1月1日开始实施。 根据法规（EC）No 1107/2009条款20（3），欧盟法规（EU）No 540/2011附件进行相应修订。

    在使用环酰菌胺时应注意：—在大田作物手持操作时，对操作者的保护； —重返室内被处理作物的场所时，对工人的保护；—对水生生物的风险； —野外使用时对哺乳动物的长期风险。使用时应包括适当的抗风险措施。

    THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,

    Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

    Having regard to Regulation （EC） No 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market and repealing Council Directives 79/117/EEC and 91/414/EEC （1）， and in particular Article 20（1） thereof.
