欧盟食品安全局审查精吡氟禾草灵与氟啶胺的最大残留限量

        据欧盟食品安全局消息，9月中旬欧盟食品安全局分别审查了精吡氟禾草灵（fluazifop-P）与氟啶胺（fluazinam）的最大残留限量，并提出修订建议。

    根据欧盟法规396/2005号第12条的规定，欧盟食品安全局审查了两种农药的残留限量。为评估两种农药在植物、加工产品、轮作作物、牲畜中最大残留限量，欧盟食品安全局参考了Directive 91/414/EEC框架下的结论以及成员国报告的欧盟许可进口限量，在现行数据的基础之上，得出残留限量建议。

    According to Article 12 of Regulation （EC） No 396/2005, the European Food Safety Authority （EFSA） has reviewed the maximum residue levels （MRLs） currently established at European level for the pesticide active substance fluazinam. In order to assess the occurrence of fluazinam residues in plants, processed commodities, rotational crops and livestock, EFSA considered the conclusions derived in the framework of Directive 91/414/EEC as well as the import tolerances and European authorisations reported by Member States （incl. the supporting residues data）。 based on the assessment of the available data, MRL proposals were derived and a consumer risk assessment was carried out.
