欧盟拟修订溴氰菊酯的最大残留限量

       据欧盟食品安全局（EFSA）消息，参照欧盟（EC）No 396/2005法规12章，欧盟食品安全局对溴氰菊酯（deltamethrin）的最大残留限量进行了审查。

    为评估溴氰菊酯在动植物商品中的残留限量，欧盟食品安全局审查了91/414/EEC指令框架下的结论、国际食品法典委员会制定的MRL以及成员国报告的欧盟许可。

    经过审查，拟修订溴氰菊酯在禽蛋、禽肉、牲畜肌肉、大蒜、洋葱、茄子等动植物商品中的残留限量。

    According to Article 12 of Regulation （EC） No 396/2005, the European Food Safety Authority （EFSA） has reviewed the maximum residue levels （MRLs） currently established at European level for the pesticide active substance deltamethrin. In order to assess the occurrence of deltamethrin residues in plants, processed commodities, rotational crops and livestock, EFSA considered the conclusions derived in the framework of Directive 91/414/EEC, the MRLs established by the Codex Alimentarius Commission, as well as the European authorisations reported by Member States （incl. the supporting residues data）。 based on the assessment of the available data, MRL proposals were derived and a consumer risk assessment was carried out.
