据美国食品安全新闻网消息，近日美国FDA对两家乳企与一家糖果厂发布警告信，通报的问题有兽药残留与卫生不良。
据了解，12月7日美国FDA发出两份警告信，一家公司待宰牛的肾脏去呋喃甲酰基头孢噻吩（desfuroylceftiofur）残留量为8.25ppm，超出美国FDA规定的0.4ppm;另一家公司待宰牛的肾脏检出新霉素（neomycin）13.06ppm，超出美国FDA制定的7.2ppm。糖果厂则违反了美国FDA良好操作规范（CGMP）的要求，发现存在员工不洗手、未使用清洁剂清洗食品接触台面的现象。

Oomsview Holsteins of Constable, NY, sold a cow to be slaughtered for food which was found to have 8.25 parts per million （ppm） of desfuroylceftiofur （marker residue for ceftiofur） in its kidney tissue.
Chris A. Papas and Sons Co. of Covington, KY, was cited for “significant violations” of FDA's Current Good Manufacturing Practice （CGMP） regulations for manufacturing, packing, or holding human food.
