据欧盟食品安全局(EFSA)消息,欧盟委员会于2015年11月通过新型食品条例,之后欧盟食品安全局就新型食品有关规定发布两份指南草案,近日欧盟委员会就两项提案开始征求意见。
第一份新型食品指南草案列出了申请新型食品许可所需要的条件。第二份指南草案列出了第三国在证明传统食品安全使用历程所需要提交的信息。欧盟食品安全局就此征求意见,截止2016年4月21日。

EFSA has launched a public consultation on two draft guidance documents in the area of novel foods. EFSA developed the documents following the adoption in November 2015 of the EU Regulation on novel foods.
The first document specifies the requirements applicants need to meet when submitting applications for the authorisation of novel foods. The second document concerns the information applicants need to provide to demonstrate the history of safe use of traditional foods from third countries. EFSA invites interested parties to submit written comments by 21 April 2016.
