欧盟审查杀菌剂oxathiapiprolin的农药风险以及残留限量

　　   据欧盟食品安全局（EFSA）消息，7月5日欧盟食品安全局就审查杀菌剂oxathiapiprolin的农药风险以及残留限量发布意见。

　　欧盟成员国爱尔兰对oxathiapiprolin进行了风险评估。之后欧盟食品安全局审查了爱尔兰提交的风险评估报告以及申请人的残留限量评估。在将oxathiapiprolin作为葡萄、土豆、马铃薯、茄子杀菌剂的基础之上，欧盟食品安全局得出风险评估结论，列出了缺失的数据信息。

　　The conclusions of EFSA following the peer review of the initial risk assessments carried out by the competent authority of the rapporteur Member State Ireland for the pesticide active substance oxathiapiprolin and the assessment of applications for maximum residue levels are reported. The context of the peer review was that required by Regulation （EC） No 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council. The conclusions were reached on the basis of the evaluation of the representative uses of oxathiapiprolin as a fungicide on grapes, potatoes, tomatoes and aubergines.

　　The reliable end points, appropriate for use in regulatory risk assessment, are presented. Missing information identified as being required by the regulatory framework is listed.
