据外媒报道，美食圣经米其林指南13日首次公布美国首都华盛顿特区餐厅指南，总计有12家餐厅摘星，象征最高荣誉的3星餐厅缺失，3家餐厅摘下2星，9家餐厅摘下1星。
米其林指南在华盛顿总共评价了107家餐厅，其中包括19家超值餐厅（Bib Gourmand）。获得2星荣誉的餐厅分别是MiniBar、Pineapple & Pearls 和The Inn at Little Washington。
米其林表示，在米其林指南评监全球21000家餐厅中，只有100多家摘下3星的最高荣誉。华盛顿成为继纽约、芝加哥和旧金山之后，成为美国第4个有米其林餐厅指南的城市。
