据美国食品药品管理局(FDA)消息,1月13日美国FDA发布即食食品中李斯特菌防控行业指南草案,并于17日开始征求意见。
美国FDA介绍,李斯特菌是一种致病菌,它甚至能在低温条件下生存。老年人、孕妇、胎儿以及其他免疫力低下人群容易受到感染。
本次指南草案的发布有助食品生产企业、加工企业、包装企业以及贮藏企业更好地防控李斯特菌。

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is releasing an updated draft guidance, “Control of Listeria monocytogenes in Ready-To-Eat Foods,” which supports ongoing efforts by industry and government agencies to reduce the risk of Listeria monocytogenes (L. mono) in ready-to-eat (RTE) foods. L. mono, a pathogen that can grow even in cold, refrigerated environments, is particularly harmful to the elderly, pregnant women and/or their pregnancy, and those who are immunocompromised.
The emphasis on prevention in this draft guidance is consistent with the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and reflects the FDA's current good manufacturing practice (CGMP) requirements, as well as new requirements for hazard analysis and risk-based preventive controls, including verification of preventive controls.
